Ruby Plaza will be shutting down the site Dec 31, 2012. There are/will be many vendors looking for a new home.
At the present time, it is not possible to use CSV files to import items from Ruby Plaza. Being able to do so would make it easier for vendors to transfer items. For myself, I am looking at transferring over 1600 items - having to do so manually is a rather daunting task...
