At first I was thinking of switching completely over to zibbet but I think I'll wait awhile because our Arizona Girls Etsy Shop does get some views and such and we are starting to get sales here and there =) But what I think I will do is my lower price items such as earrings list on Zibbet so less fees come out and can relist when expires or what have you without costing so much =)
I've discovered something about myself while doing this as well. I have many items that never made it to the shop. Why?? Because the listing process is hard for me =/ I have a difficult time pricing because I don't want to go to high nor to low. I'm afraid of charging to much but then some of the materials on some of the items are higher price material. And it all varies according to where you shop online, offline, where you live lots of things like that =/ Plus writing the to sale description. I know why I like it but sometimes it's hard to explain. And coming up with names for the pieces, oh my haha Mine are pretty lame but it's so hard with the balance of SEO and being clever =/ I thought I was clever somewhat anyway till I had to start naming jewelry pieces =/
Anyone else struggle with writing descriptions of things your selling on Etsy or elsewhere? Or are you a very clever one and have some tips for me?? I'm always up for tips haha
I still have to work on photos is a tip I get alot =/ I do have a new camera! Yay! Hubby got it for our anniversary! =) Now I just have to learn how to best use it! Plus I know I need to get some plain white and some plain black background material that isn't shiny! I like the wine glass idea I've seen here and there. I gave it a try it did work fairly well for a couple things but I need to work some more and refine it =)
