Just wanted to let you know about a fundraiser I am doing through button sales. My husband is a prostate cancer survivor and he is going to grow a moustache for Movember. If you haven't heard of MOvember it happens every NOvember when guys grow moustaches to raise awareness about prostate cancer. They also raise money! Here's a quote from the Movember Canada website:
"Mo Bros effectively become walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of November. Through their actions and words, they raise awareness by prompting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men’s health."
So I thought as a Mo Sista, since (Thank GOD!!) I don't have enough facial hair to grow a mo, I'd try and raise some MOney through button sales. :) Until the end of November $1 from every moustache button in my shop will be donated to Prostate Cancer research and awareness.

This spring after the earthquake in Japan button sales of an I Love Japan button that I sold raised almost $900 which went to relief, so I know that button sales can make a difference!!
Is anyone else doing any Movember related promotions?
