When you open a Zibbet account, you’re asked to select a Username. This Username serves several purposes on Zibbet, including logging in to your account. While Zibbet’s Community Hub requires that you log in using an email address, you must use your Username to log in to your Zibbet account. It’s a good idea to write down the Username and password that you select for your Zibbet account so that you can log in easily until you’ve committed this information to memory.
Usernames are also used to create the URL for your shop. The pattern for Zibbet shop URLs is www.zibbet.com/[Username]. For example, if your Username is ‘MyShop’ your shop’s URL will be www.zibbet.com/MyShop. Please note that your Username cannot be changed or edited so please be careful when selecting it. It’s advisable to select a Username that is the name of your business. This makes it easy for people to remember and thus to find you. Because you may have multiple email addresses, it’s also a good idea to include the address associated with your Zibbet account in your notes about your Username.
Logging in to your shop and Community accounts are two separate procedures requiring different login information. Remember, logging in to your shop requires your shop Username. Logging in to your Community Hub account requires an email address.
When you contact Zibbet Support, we can most easily locate your shop information with your email address or your Username. For this reason, please contact us via the email address recorded for your account whenever possible and include your Username. When contacting Zibbet Support about a problem with your Community account, please specify that in your message to us. Knowing which account you’re referring to helps us answer your concern quickly and efficiently.
