Hey everyone,
Good news! Your items are again being submitted to The Find and we have fixed the glitch that stopped this from happening. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.
Because Zibbet is a marketplace, we appear in the 'marketplace' search results on The Find. As an example:
1. Do a search for 'buttons'.
2. Click 'Marketplaces' on the right hand side
3. Tick "eBay & other marketplaces
You'll then see Zibbet items on the first page. Have a look for your items and let us know if you find any issues that we need to look at.
GOOGLE PRODUCT UPDATE: We have built everything that's necessary for your items to be submitted to Google Product Search. Google has a 50 account limit (we need over 5,000 currently) and at this stage is not willing to lift that limit due to new limitations they've put in place. We've been on their backs and following this up for a long time now and we will continue to do so. We believe that there will be a way - but they are just extremely slow at getting back to us. We'll keep you updated.

Time for a big WOO HOO!
Great news!
? ReplyThank you and the Zibbet tech elves! Especially for keeping on Google.
I do have a question about The Find. I am not familiar with it -- don't really use it -- but I see that other big sites are not in "marketplace" so their items come up in the search term results. For example if i look for t-shirts or scarves, a whole lot display, but not any from Zibbet.
I doubt I would even think of clicking on "marketplace." I would simply look through the things that showed up first and are front and center. Is that our only option? And you people who do use TheFind -- do you click on marketplace? Just wondering.

I'm not sure why TheFind have not put other large marketplaces in this section, but I'm assuming it's something they're working on. We'll certainly ask the question though.
? ReplyI must be doing something wrong - because when I did a search for buttons; nothing with "marketplace" was there to click?
Have known about "The Find" for a very long time. With Zibbet being on "The Find" will be a great "advantage to all of us. You have major companies that have their products listed there. Over 50,000 people view this site everyday! I'm one of them. When I'm searching for supplies I use "The Find".
You can go on Google to do a search for a particular product and "The Find" will come up in many of those searches. It will show pics of items you are looking for. When you click on that picture it will take you directly to the indivudals shop.
There are people from Amazon, Etsy, E-bay etc... on "The Find". It gives you great exposure you normally would not get anywhere else.
I believe that Zibbet is headed in the right direction and that you have given us all a great opportunity for our shops here to become very successful!
Thank You!!!!! For all your hard work!!!!

oopsie, another thing. One of my unlisted items came up. Should it?
? ReplyMany of my unlisted items came up showing a price of $1. The links didn't take me to the product page instead I was redirected to my shop front.
? Replyodd that Etsy is allowed to be in google products- but we are not.
Great job guys!
? ReplyAwesome - thanks for doing this and updating us.

? ReplyJonathan, it works great! Thanks so much.
? ReplyI found some of my buttons. The prices aren't right though, anyone else notice that? It says $2 for a $1.50 button of mine. Also the same on some other seller's items. Maybe they are rounding up to the next dollar though.
re: Google, what does this mean " Google has a 50 account limit (we need over 5,000 currently)"? I'm assuming that means 5000 shops here? But what are the 50 accounts?
Well, glad to see this progress, more exposure=good!

ZIbbet holds the master "marketplace" account with Google. They submit our store feeds to sub-accounts... one for each individual seller/store under their master account. That way if there's a problem with the feed for one seller (ie. breaking the rules), only the sub-account is affected, not the entire marketplace. They limit new marketplaces to 50 sub-accounts to start by default and additional accounts must be requested.
Etsy also had to set up their seller accounts a few at a time when they first joined Google Product search. My store just got syndicated a few months ago even though they had been submitted shops for a couple of years. Artfire had joined before the marketplace changes and was able to avoid the limits imposed on new venues.
Hope that helps.
? ReplyCompletely, very clear, thanks!!
I just got syndicated on Etsy within the last few weeks for both of my shops.
