New Zibbeters sometimes have trouble uploading their banners. The problem is almost always the dimensions of the banner. Basic shop banners must be 880 pixels wide by 120 pixels high with a maximum file size of 2MB.
Premium shop banners must be one of three sizes: 880 pixels wide by 120 pixels high, 880 pixels wide by 200 pixels high or 880 pixels wide by 250 pixels high. The maximum file size for all Premium banners is 2MB. Please note that Etsy-sized banners can no longer be uploaded to a Zibbet shop.
To upload a banner in a Basic shop:
While logged in to your shop, click the ‘Shop Front’ link on your ‘My Zibbet’ page.Next, click the ‘Browse’ button to navigate to the location on your computer where your banner is saved. After selecting your banner file, you’ll be returned to your ‘Shop Banner’ page.Click the ‘Save’ button before leaving this page.To upload a banner in a Premium shop:
While logged in to your shop, click the ‘Customize Your Shop’ link on your ‘My Zibbet’ page.On your ‘Customize Your Shop’ page, click the ‘Shop Banner’ tab.On your ‘Shop Banner’ page, click the size for the banner you want to upload. Again note that the Etsy-sized banner option is no longer functional.Next, click the ‘Browse’ button to navigate to the location on your computer where your banner is saved. After selecting your banner file, you’ll be returned to your ‘Shop Banner’ page.Click the ‘Save’ button before leaving this page.
Please note that the only way to remove a banner is to replace it with another one. To do this, follow the same steps outlined above. After saving your first banner, your ‘Save’ button will be converted to a ‘Save Changes’ button. Don’t forget to click this button before leaving the page after uploading a new banner.
