All of my sales have been from my fanpage except one. I'm finding that people are writing feedback on my fanpage, or sending me messages through facebook instead of leaving me feedback on zibbet. Does anyone else have that problem?
I don't want to harass them about it, but adding a nice reminder at the end of an email isn't working. Any other ideas?
