I have had a shop at Zibbet for a couple of years and have sold 1 item. Recently I got an email offering a free month trial of Premium. I did some research and it seemed as if Premium sellers had better seo than basic sellers.
I decided to try the Premium and signed up with a different shop name, since I have since used the shop name elsewhere and didn't want to do conflicting seo.
During signup I was given a box for a Promotion code and put it in. When I got to Paypal, I worked thru the boxes and the free month was never given. Subscription began today. Not only that, but the subscription is coming out of an account I don't use for my business and there is no option to change it. When I tried contacting, it wouldn't take my user/voice password. I don't know what that is, but I put in my normal zibbet password for my account and it wouldn't take it.
Is there anyway to contact anyone and get this straight? I need to resolve this before I go on. I would appreciate any input from anyone.
