Having an awesome summer? Taking lots of photos? This week Zibbet has featured six photographers’ work found using the key word “summer.”
Here follows some of my own favorite things about summer back when I lived in the northeast. Summer to me is sandy feet at the beach catching crabs, swimming ponds, cattails, turtles,and summer thunderstorms.

1. Note Cards, Photographic/As Scene by Rabbit Whiskers by Rabbit Whiskers $10: This photograph depicts the summers I remember as a child. Ponds to swim in and cattails to pick. We dried them out on the roof and then lit them to keep the mosquitoes away. You get an assortment of cards. See Rabbit Whiskers shop for more note cards. I especially love this Cat Tails one.
2. Hey! I Was Here First- fine art print by FireSpirit Designs $15: More great summer photography by Patricia Griffin Brett of Fire Spirit Designs. Summertime was never complete without catching turtles at the pond. These turtles are trying to sun themselves in the same spot. Great title: “Hey I was here first!
3. Gold on the River 8×10 Fine Art Print by Garden22DesignStudio $23: Another beautiful summer photograph I found by searching for “summer” on Zibbet. This fine art photograph depicts summer in the Texas sunshine. Talk to the seller because it is also available on a canvas as well as different size prints.
4. Summer Escape the Fleeing Crab by ValentinePhotography $30: Oh what a fun photograph this is! I remember catching crabs when I was kid. Do you? Bring a childhood memory into your home with this fine art photograph for your wall. Be sure to read the artist’s description because it has a nice story to go with it.
5. SUMMER STORM Fine Art Photograph Bend, Oregon by MoxyFoxDesigns $24.95: Last, but not least, what’s summer without the summertime afternoon thunderstorms? They are usually a welcomed pleasure to the summer heat. Moxy Fox has an extensive shop filled with fine art paintings and photography.
