It is not necessary to have Photoshop to make your own banner.
You can use any program you have. JUst be sure to make it one of the sizes allowable on Zibbet.
It can be 880x120 or 880x200 or 880x250.
Usually resizing a banner from another venue or web site doesn't work because the proportions often won't reduce or enlarge the banner to the right dimensions.
As Sylvie said, I don't think there is a way to remove a banner without replacing with something else.
