Zibbet provides several sources of information to answer your questions and help you find solutions to problems you encounter. The Success of Zibbet section of Zibbet’s blog, Inspire, is a great place to start. A new article is published each week on a topic that we hope will be helpful to you, either now or at some point in the future. Zibbet’s Community Hub is another information-rich spot. You can search the forums as well as post a specific question. An experienced Zibbeter is sure to jump in with an answer or direct you to the information that you need. Zibbet’s Customer Feedback page is yet another source of information. To access the Customer Feedback page, click one of the Help links found on any Zibbet page.
Zibbet’s Customer Feedback page consists of several components, including the Helpdesk, Ideas Forum and Contact Support link. Zibbet’s Helpdesk includes answers to several questions that are often asked. The content of the Helpdesk area will be greatly expanded in the future. As Zibbet grows, so will the Helpdesk feature.
The Ideas Forum is the feedback area. Here you can post suggestions for new features, changes to existing features and other comments you feel are appropriate. You can also respond to ideas posted by other Zibbeters and ‘vote’ for suggestions that you are particularly enthusiastic about.
To participate in the Ideas Forum, you’ll need to be logged in. The easiest way to do that is to first be logged in to your shop account. While logged in to your shop, click one of the Help links. On the Customer Feedback page, click the ‘Sign in’ link near the upper right hand corner of the page.

The ‘Sign in’ link will be replaced by a box containing the text ‘Your email address or sign in with’ followed by three icons: Zibbet, Facebook and Google.

Click the green Zibbet icon to sign in with your Zibbet login.

If you’re not already logged in to your Zibbet shop account, when you click the green Zibbet icon the Account Login page will appear. There you can log in using your Zibbet Username and password.

If you can’t find the information you need through one of the resources listed above or if you’re experiencing a technical problem, we encourage you to contact Zibbet’s Customer Support. Our goal is to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours on weekdays and to get your question answered or problem solved as quickly as possible. If you’re logged in as described above, simply click the Contact Support link in the box on the right hand side of the page.

A message window will open. Fill in the blanks with the appropriate information. It’s important that you include your Zibbet Account Name (aka Username or shop name). We often need to look up your account in order to assist you. We can do this much more quickly if we have this info at the start.

Click the ‘Send Message’ button when you’ve completed your message.
You can also send a message directly to Support at support@zibbet.com. Please send from the email address you have listed for your Zibbet account and include your Username in your message.
